First Impression

We meet for the first time,
But I can’t even make a first impression
You’ve seen me on instagram,
You know my hobbies and profession
You’ve read my tweets and you
Diagnosed me with depression
You figured me all out in a little stalking session
And with all the data you’ve gathered,
You made a judgment and it wasn’t up for discussion
But listen, as I share one little confession
You’ve built an impression based on merely a discretion
Bellow the surface, the depth of the iceberg is hidden
And you’re obscured from diving there,
Finding the real me
Because you already judged me
And your sentence… was a first impression
