Our client, a $1.4 billion tech firm was losing valuable talent and desired to develop a new, engaging people strategy.
I owned project management of developing an Employee Value Proposition on a $500,000 work-stream (which is the second of 3 phases in a $3 million consulting project). I oversaw an interdisciplinary team of 4 to capture the voices of +330,000 employees across 134 offices in 40 countries, and communicate the new direction globally.
The work contributed to 12% increase in workforce and an attrition rate of 33%.

Crafting a $3M B2B Diversity & Inclusion training
To diversify their revenue streams, our clients wanted to leverage their deep expertise in DEIB. Initial research revealed a market need for age inclusion, an area where our client excels.
I project managed the creation of 2 training services: a bi-generational mentorship, and an age-inclusion training. I led a team of 4 to develop the curricula, pilot the programs, and iterate content.
The new B2B suite is projected to bring $900K of revenue by year 1, and $1M- $3M by year 3. The pilot services exceeded being sold to a leading institution, with 4 others in the pipeline, and was delivered to 1,300 employees.

I explored how LinkedIn can leverage its 1 billion member platform to provide equitable, life-changing networking opportunities.

Manara is a Y Combinator funded EdTech startup which links skilled MENA software engineers with top opportunities.
As the company scales its customer pipeline, it needs to move from volunteer dependency while consistently delivering high-value training experiences. I proposed 4 ideas to scale the current model.
Amazon.sa
When Amazon expanded to Saudi Arabia in 2020, it depended on external delivery partners such as FedEx. Across retail, delivery issues leave 51% of customers unsatisfied. The Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program allows Amazon to gain full ownership over its deliveries, keeping their promise of a valuable customer experience.
I researched the DSP entry to the local Saudi market, exploring its growth. (Some screenshots seen here)
I focused on positioning the program in 2 lenses: contributing to the Saudi economy and the Kingdom’s vision for entrepreneur growth, and growing the businesses of the DSP fleet owners.
I explore expanding the DSP by positioning it for growth from the POVs of the Saudi government and the participating DSP fleets.
With $17.78 per failed delivery, the cost of inefficient delivery is too high.

Designing Nashville's largest Startup Ecosystem Summit
I led a team of 4 in planning and delivering an annual social ventures summit in Nashville and build relations with +20 partners. The event reached 120+ participants from 12 universities and 7 states (previously ~60 participants from 2 universities in 1 state).

Partnering with the U.S. Embassy for women leadership
Our team formed a strategic partnership with the U.S. Embassy to deliver Aamaal Women’s Leadership, a 5-weeks learning experience. Ten outstanding leaders graduated the first cohort in November 2023.

I brought to life a 5-week virtual program which facilitates the unearthing of hidden professional talents — ones which are often not obvious to the leaders who possess them. The first cohort was hosted in May 2023 (in English), and the second edition (in Arabic) was live in February 2024.

Employee Experience
Our client, a Cancer Centre, was facing complexities of retaining nurses in the competitive healthcare field, specifically millennials with 1-3 years of experience.
Our team helped the center’s leadership team to reimagine experiences for 500+ nurses across 5 departments and proposed 4 leadership interventions that are expected to improve turnover.

Program Evaluation
Our team was asked to evaluate the existing process of an ecosystem-wide project. The initiative brings together +166 public & private stakeholders who are responsible for +85,000 learners in the Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Our team recommended leveraging the initiative to (1) collect meaningful ecosystem-wide data (2) provide a structured process that sparks cross-stakeholder collaboration.

I partnered with Ashoka’s Next Now founder to map their network of 3,600+ social entrepreneurs and identify key players with a goal of creating teams to champion 4 social impact sectors.

RESEARCH & ANALYTICS
Network Mapping
After delivering a summit for 120+ participants, I created a network map based on a qualitative survey collecting binary and categorical data. The map revealed that the event doubled the relationships amongst attendees and created a tighter, busier network.
System Thinking
Using System Thinking tools, I analyzed the refugee landscape in Nashville.
The project was recognized by the University of Oxford as a Global Finalist at the Map The System competition.
Market Research
I worked with a boutique consultancy aiming to launch a B2B offering for expanding into frontier markets. I conducted +25 interviews and codified answers to develop a market entry guide.
Ecosystem Guide
I published a white paper targeting economic development practitioners where I identify practical recommendations for address long-term economic development.
