Zahraa Dagher supports individuals and organizations to answer complex questions. In her capacity as a Management Consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Zahraa worked with global clients across 4 continents where she spearheaded teams ranging from 3 to 300 members. She graduated with a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Vanderbilt University in 2020 after receiving the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. Zahraa was the only Vanderbilt graduate student to be selected by Stanford University as an Innovation Fellow. She also holds a bachelor’s in Architecture and she is Oxford University Global finalist of a Systems Thinking competition. Her unparalleled academic and professional trajectory shaped Zahraa into an eclectic thinker who finds excitement at the intersection of innovation and change management on a community scale. Some of Zahraa’s affiliations include the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Toastmasters International, AIESEC Alumni Network, and The World Economic Forum Global Shapers. When she is not pursuing answers for why, what and how, Zahraa enjoys spending her time learning about cultures, painting, illustrating, wiring poetry, and practicing Arabic calligraphy.
